The Larkmead Vocal Group impressed crowds and judges in the first round of Abingdon’s Got Talent, held in the Market Place on Saturday 26th June, to secure a place in the final of the competition on Saturday 17th June. The group performed ‘I’m Yours’ by Jason Mraz and the Mayor was particularly impressed with their moves!
They performed ‘Happy Ending’ by MIKA, featuring 4 different soloists, in the final on Saturday 17th June. Although they received very positive feedback, they did not win the Under 17 category. All members of the vocal group seemed to enjoy the experience and we look forward to returning next year!
